Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to SolidWebs (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our web development services, you (“client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth workflow and successful project delivery.

2. Scope of Services

We provide website design, development, and maintenance services as per the specific package or custom quote agreed upon. Any additional features or changes requested outside the initial scope will be charged extra.

3. Payments & Fees

• Advance Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start any project.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final website handover or live launch.
• Hosting/Domain: Costs for Domain Name and Web Hosting are to be paid by the client directly to the provider (unless included in a specific package).

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content (text, images, logo) in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback on design drafts within 3 days.
• Provide access to hosting/domain accounts if necessary.

Delays in providing content by the client will result in a delay in the project delivery timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will have 100% ownership of the website’s code, design, and content. SolidWebs reserves the right to display the completed website in our portfolio as a work sample.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If the client terminates the project after work has begun, the advance deposit will be forfeited as compensation for the time invested.

7. Limitation of Liability

SolidWebs is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption due to server issues or 3rd party plugin failures.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vijapur, Gujarat.
