2. Cancellation Policy
Clients can request to cancel a project under the following conditions:
- Before Work Begins: If you cancel within 24 hours of payment AND before any design/development work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction fees).
- After Work Begins: Once the project has entered the design or development phase, the project cannot be cancelled with a full refund.
3. Refund Policy
Since web development is a service-based industry involving time and expertise, our refund rules are as follows:
Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:
- If the client changes their mind after the design is approved.
- If the project is delayed due to lack of content/communication from the client’s side.
- For 3rd party purchases like Domain Names, Hosting, Premium Themes, or Plugins (these fees are paid to external vendors and are non-recoverable).
4. Project Abandonment
If a client stops communicating or fails to provide necessary data for more than 30 days, the project will be considered “Abandoned.” To resume the project later, a reactivation fee may apply.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
While we have strict refund policies, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase to ensure the website meets your expectations before we move to the final coding phase.
